1-Day and 2-Day Deliveries are processed within 15 minutes the orders are placed. In the case that an address correction needs to be made, we will need to be given notice within 5 minutes the order has been placed. Once orders are processed, we are unable to make address changes as they will be immediately shipped to the courier. Standard orders are shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed. Orders placed on Friday and over the weekend are shipped the following Monday. Overnight orders placed on Friday after 11 am PST are shipped the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Please plan accordingly.

Orders made with Standard shipping in the US are delivered within 7 business days. Orders made with Rush shipping are delivered within 3-4 business days. Orders made with Overnight shipping are delivered within 1-2 business days. Overnight orders must be placed by 3 pm PST.

Orders outside of the US are delivered around 10-20 business days (depending on customs clearance ). We will always try our best to beat your expectations.

All orders are shipped on the following Monday if placed on Friday or over the weekend.

You have 15 days upon receipt of the product for a full refund minus shipping if the product is shipped back unopened and undamaged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

Any product returned outside of the 15-day return policy are at the discretion of Bonnie & Claus Inc. (Hanacure), and may or may not be accepted.
