Returns

We want you to love your experience with us. If you aren’t happy with your results, we’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this 30-day window are subject to approval at the discretion of Bonnie & Claus Inc. (Hanacure).

Order Changes & Cancellations

You can update or cancel your order within one hour of placing it. After that, we’re unable to make changes since your order will have already been processed for shipment. Once shipped, couriers won't allow any address changes for security reasons.


Refunds

If your product doesn't live up to your expectations, you have 30 days from delivery to request a full refund. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or let you know if there are any issues.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Returns outside the 30-day policy are subject to approval at our discretion.


Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t seen your refund come through yet, here’s what to do:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company — sometimes it can take a few days for the refund to officially post, even if the refund has already been processed on our side.

Exchanges

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we’re here to help! Please email us at customercare@hanacure.com so we can arrange an exchange for the same item.


Shipping

We process orders within an hour of placement and ship them within 24 hours. Orders placed on Fridays or over the weekend ship the following Monday.

Standard shipping within the US will take 5-8 business days for delivery. 

Rush orders take around 2-4 business days for delivery.

For overnight orders placed after 9 am PST on Fridays, those will ship Monday for delivery on Tuesday — please plan ahead.

Once your package reaches the courier, it is their responsibility to deliver it safely. If your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please file a claim directly with the courier. You can also contact us at customercare@hanacure.com for assistance.

Weather delays are outside our control, and we cannot be responsible for any weather-related delivery delays.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we ship to the address you provide. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for the cost to reship the order. If you prefer a refund instead, we’ll refund your order minus any shipping fees.


Preorders

Sometimes our products sell out! When this happens, we offer Preorders for a future ship date, which will be clearly marked on our website and during checkout.

To guarantee your spot in line, we process payment at the time you place your Preorder. You may cancel your Preorder for a full refund up to 24 hours before its scheduled ship date.
